We seek a highly motivated, experienced leader with prior administrative/staff supervision experience for our infant, toddler, and preschool program. Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with parents, staff, and children on a daily basis. Candidate must have qualification in early Childhood Education from a recognized Montessori College. Prior director experience is a plus. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing the highest quality program that meets all state licensing requirements; supervising, hiring, and training a group of dedicated teachers; promoting professional development and the advancement of education.
We are looking for experienced, dependable professional Directress to plan, implement, supervise and participate in instructional hands-on, age-appropriate thematic lessons for young children in various subject areas with a focus on literacy, social-emotional, cognitive and motor skills. Teachers will also need to assist in providing parent education, promoting parent involvement and perform a variety of duties relative to assigned area of responsibility. Ideal candidate should have two years head teacher experience in an early childhood setting. Candidate must have a minimum of International Montessori Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
